Welcome to the Château Coucy self-catering cottage, entirely renovated using the finest quality materials. You'll love its exceptional setting right in the heart of the vineyards.

Come and enjoy a stay in our 19th-century château, where there are plenty of activities to do.

Whether for family, business or friends, come and stay in our 6-bedroom gîte, which can accommodate up to 12 people!

This property is entirely dedicated to seasonal rental all year round. We offer short or long stays.

We would be delighted to offer you a tour of the estate and a tasting of our wines during your stay.

Le logement

Le rez-de-chaussée est composé d'un grand double salon avec télévision, d'une salle à manger, d'une double cuisine entièrement équipée avec buanderie ainsi qu'un WC.

Au premier étage, vous trouverez quatre chambres, la première possède un lit 160 cm avec douche et WC, la seconde, un lit 200 cm avec baignoire, douche et WC, la troisième, un lit 160cm avec douche et WC. Enfin, la quatrième chambre est composée d'un lit 160 cm avec douche et WC.

Le deuxième étage se compose de deux chambres, l'une avec un lit 160 cm, douche et WC. L'autre avec 2 lits 160 cm et 180 cm ainsi qu'une douche et WC.

L'extérieur

Profitez de notre vaste jardin de 1000m2 avec chiliennes et piscine chauffée entièrement sécurisée, vous pourrez partager un moment de convivialité autour d'une grande table de jardin avec plancha au gaz.

Un parking gratuit est également mis à votre disposition.

ACCOMMODATION

The ground floor comprises a large double lounge with television, a dining room, a fully-equipped double kitchen with a utility room and a toilet.

On the first floor, there are four bedrooms: the first has a 160 cm bed with shower and WC, the second a 200 cm bed with bath, shower and WC, and the third a 160 cm bed with shower and WC. Finally, the fourth bedroom has a 160 cm bed with shower and WC.

The second floor comprises two bedrooms, one with a 160 cm bed, shower and WC. The other has 2 beds (160 cm and 180 cm), a shower and WC.

OUTDOOR

Enjoy our wooded, fenced garden with chiliennes and a heated, fully-secured swimming pool. You can share a convivial moment around a large garden table with a gas plancha. For your entertainment, there is a petanque area with bowls and skittles.

Free parking is also available.
